Start with no upfront cost.
14 days of full functionality for up to 15 people, no credit card, no sales call. After that your organization stays in read-only access for 30 days with a data copy to download, then the data is permanently deleted unless you choose a plan.

Add your employees.
Add them one by one or import them via CSV. Anyone who already has a CertMap account links it and releases individual certificates themselves.

Define your roles.
Set which certifications a role needs. From that CertMap computes the gap per role and per person.

Steer and decide.
See inventory and expiry dates right away, costs, gaps and records included. For ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, BSI and TISAX there are ready-made standard templates that compute the coverage level (Max plan). After the trial you decide which scope to keep.
Documents for procurement, data protection and security
All contract and privacy documents are public and need no sign-in, as a page and as a PDF stating its date and version. Hosted in Germany at Hetzner Online GmbH; employee data is processed exclusively in the EU, with us acting as processor under Art. 28 GDPR.

Notes on prices and terms
- All prices net plus VAT, per month, billed as an annual contract with a twelve-month term.
- This offer is addressed exclusively to companies, public bodies and other organizations, not to consumers.
- Headcount never forces you into a higher plan. If you need more people, you pay the per-person surcharge within your chosen plan.
- CertMap shows per-person costs only after the employer's self-declaration, in Germany usually based on a works agreement. Without it, the figures stay aggregated.
- Trial: 14 days of everything in Max, for up to 15 people, no credit card.
