What is eJDS?

The eJDS is INE's entry-level data science certification, released on 28 October 2025. It examines four domains with fixed weights: data analysis with pandas and NumPy (30 percent), fundamentals of statistical analysis (30 percent), machine learning (30 percent) and advanced Python programming (10 percent). According to the provider the emphasis is on practical work with real, messy datasets rather than algorithm theory.
