What is GCPN?

The GCPN certifies penetration testing skills for cloud environments. The exam covers cloud penetration testing fundamentals, environment mapping and service discovery, cloud services and associated attacks in AWS and Azure, and cloud-native applications using containers and CI/CD pipelines. It is aligned with the SANS course SEC588. According to GIAC it addresses offensively and defensively oriented security practitioners, penetration testers, vulnerability analysts, risk assessment officers, DevOps engineers, and site reliability engineers.
