What is GRTP?

The GRTP certifies the delivery of complete red team engagements. The exam covers building an adversary emulation plan based on threat intelligence, building attack infrastructure, target reconnaissance and bypassing common defences, initial access as well as network and Active Directory enumeration and attacks, plus lateral movement, data exfiltration, and producing an engagement report. It is aligned with the SANS course SEC565. According to GIAC it addresses those responsible for red team engagements, penetration testers, red and blue team members, auditors, defenders and forensic specialists, and information security managers.
