What is Net+?
CompTIA Network+ validates foundational knowledge in building and running networks, from cabling and addressing through routing and switching to troubleshooting and hardening. The current exam code is N10-009, available since June 2024. There are no formal prerequisites; an A+ certification plus nine to twelve months of practice as a junior network administrator or in network support is recommended. The exam is offered in English, German, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish.
