What is Project+?

CompTIA Project+ targets IT professionals who lead small and medium-sized projects rather than full-time project managers. The provider positions it explicitly as an entry-level credential for project work in a technology setting. It covers project initiation, scheduling, communication with stakeholders, and change and risk control. The exam code is PK0-005, available since November 2022. Six to twelve months of experience running projects in a technical environment is recommended. The exam is offered in English, Japanese and Thai.
