The PECB ISO 22301 Lead Implementer certifies holders to establish and operate a Business Continuity Management System per ISO 22301. The five-day training spans over 450 pages of material, practical examples, and awards 31 CPD credits. The exam is an open-book test with scenario-based essay questions and a 70 percent passing score. Full Lead Implementer credentialing requires five years of professional experience (two in BCM) plus 300 project hours, lower tiers (Provisional, Implementer) are available without those requirements. In the DACH market 22301 is mainly relevant in regulated sectors such as finance, energy, and healthcare, often combined with ISO 27001 and new NIS 2 or DORA requirements.

Plus signing the PECB Code of Ethics.
