Overview

What is PECB 27001T?

The PECB ISO/IEC 27001 Transition teaches ISMS practitioners the differences between ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and the 27001:2022 revision. The two-day training covers the new Annex A structure (93 controls in 4 themes), the eleven new controls, and the revised requirements in clauses 4 to 10, awarding 14 CPD credits. The exam is a short closed-book multiple-choice test with a 70 percent passing score, exam fee included in the training price. Prerequisites are a basic understanding of information security and 27001 requirements, the program has only one credential tier and no professional experience requirement. In the DACH market this update is relevant until October 2025 (end of the transition period under IAF MD 26) for every holder of a legacy 27001:2013 certificate.
