What is PECB Lead Cloud Security Manager?

The PECB Certified Lead Cloud Security Manager certifies holders to build, operate, and continuously improve a cloud security program based on ISO/IEC 27017 and ISO/IEC 27018. The five-day training covers migration best practices, cloud-specific controls, incident management, and continuous improvement and awards 31 CPD credits. The exam is an open-book test with multiple-choice and essay items, 70 percent passing score. Full Lead credentialing requires five years of professional experience (two in cloud security), lower tiers (Provisional, Cloud Security Manager) are available without those requirements. In the DACH market the credential serves as cloud specialization next to ISO 27001 and competes thematically with ISC2 CCSP, which explicitly references ISO/IEC 27017 and 27018.
